When we started our Highland herd, in 1989, we had a few objectives: to raise cattle that could withstand our climate, to raise cattle that would produce a calf each year with minimal problems, to produce a good piece of meat, and to exclusively breed for white and silver animals.

Our foundation stock was picked from some of the original top farms in the Northeast.

We are happy to announce the sale of  two of our herdsires, Davidson MacDonald VI to John and Judy Ligo , LiTerra Farm,Grove City, Pa., and Steene Hill Jack Frost sold to Michael and Barbara Hillebrand,Edgewood Farm, Jermyn,Pa. We wish them both a lot of success with these two magnificent white bulls.

We are proud to announce the purchase of our new herdsire  EZ Acres Harley, who we purchased from Adrian Braun of EZ Acres Farm, Wapakoneta, Ohio.  This white bull will allow us to expand our bloodlines even more by bringing in great bloodlines from the Midwest.  EZ Acres Harley's sire is the great GOF Broadstone, a repeat national champion bull.  His dam is EZ Acres Kristen, a many time champion cow.

Even though we have sold two of our herdsires we will still be having calves from four different herdsires to be born in the spring of 2000.  This   enables a potential customer to buy unrelated bulls and heifers, drawing from many champion bloodlines.

No, this is not an ugly, horse faced, parti-colored Highland!!   This is our 12 year old Trophy Texas Longhorn Steer.

"Lonestar" is just a big pet that we bought as a young calf, and is one of our friendliest animals on our farm.
